  • Marketing the property on various property portals
  • Meeting and supervising tenants for viewings
  • Selection of vetting of tenants
  • Arrangement of inventory reports and legal safety certificates
  • Preparation and sign-up of initial Tenancy and supporting documents + Tenancy renewals
  • Collection of initial rental and dilapidation deposits and collect and transfer of monthly rents (Guaranteed Rent Option)
  • Contact relevant authorities to register move-in tenants for gas, electricity, water, and council tax. We will help settle any outstanding matters
  • Arrangement and chasing of maintenance.
  • Provision of monthly statement of account and invoices for remedial work. Your statement will be sent to you on time every month

Guaranteed Rent

Despite any inconveniences that may occur throughout the duration of the tenancy such as unreceived rent from the tenants or the property being unoccupied, we will pay you guaranteed rent of the figure initially agreed upon every month.
